Entire giant 6 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms sleeps 16-25 unit which consists of unit A and B available for $3500/Week, $700 /night on weekends and on weekdays.

Unit B is a three bedroom two bath and also has Master bedroom with fireplace in bedroom and full ocean view. By itself B is $375 a night on weekends,Fri-Sun and weekdays. The weekly rate is $2400.

Unit A by itself is 3 bedrooms two baths. It is $350 per night on weekends, Fri-Sun and on weekdays. The weekly Rate is $2300.

Note: Before mailing your deposit please read the terms and conditions and submit the form at the bottom.




I require 50% of the total cost (including cleaning and security fees) to secure your rental. Please include the $400 security deposit and $100 nonrefundable cleaning fee. There are 3 ways to do pay:

1. PayPal

This method is quickest and easiest, but I charge an additional 3% that is charged to me.

Below is the instructions to pay by paypal or credit card.

1)Add up total
2)Enter amount in box below
3) Submit amount using "submit payment" button.
4) You will then be directed to a Paypal Site
5) If you have Paypal, enter your email and user ID
6) To pay by credit card see the link on the lower left of the Pay Pal page.

2. Money Transfer TRANSFER MONEY from your bank to mine. My bank is UNION BANK OF
CALIFORNIA, Account#: 0471324376. This method is quickest and free if you go to any UNION BANK OF CALIFORNIA. They will not charge a transfer fee. On the other hand, if you wire from your own bank (and it isn’t is UNION BANK OF CALIFORNIA) you will be charged a steep fee and I will be charged $15. This fee will be passed on to you.
