I stayed at Steve Rockman's beach penthouse in Rosarito for Labor Day
weekend 2006 and it was amazing. As soon as we walked in our jaws
dropped it was that nice! The pictures do not do the penthouse justice, you
have to see for your self to understand how beautiful and peaceful the
penthouse really is! The 1st night we got there we went outside to the
balcony and could only hear the ocean but it was too dark to see it. We
were so excited to see the actual view of the ocean that most of us stayed
up all night till sunrise and it was truly spectacular. Many of my guest slept
outside even though there was more then enough space in the penthouse.
But it was something about the sound of the ocean crashing against the
rocks that made everyone just want to be outside. The community pool was
so big also. From the pictures we had seen I was not to excited about the
pool for it looked small. But that was not the case! We loved everything
about the penthouse no one wanted to go to the city and look around.
that's how excited we were about the house! We stayed in the patio most
of the time playing scrabbles and other various games Steve Rockman had in
the house! It was truly an exceptional weekend. Our last night there, there
was a full moon which reflected on the ocean. It was the best night only
cause the view was something you only see in movies! I can't wait to
schedule my next vacation there!

We had an amazing time at Steve's condo. When you walk in, you will be absolutely
taken back by the view from the huge balcony! Panoramic ocean views as far as the
eye can see! And the condo has very nice modern amenities, which are few and far
between in Mexico. All in all, a great time.

Mr. Rockman, thank you for letting us use your beautiful condo!
he condominium felt like being at home, but probably better. The furniture,
kitchen, mattreses on beds, jacuzzi in master bedroom, Direct TV in living room and
MB, the wall decorations, laundry facilities, towels, all these things make you
appreciate the extra effort put in to make our stay as comfortable and yet intimate
as possible.

Plus, the big patio, with it's barbeque pit, the beautiful view of the ocean and the
Costa Bella grounds (pool, spa, club house) just really top off this beautiful condo.
I look forward to staying there again with my family and my brother's family as
well. Three bedrooms easily accomodated the 11 of us (sleeps 12). We couldn't
have asked for anything more, thank you once again.

Our stay at Steve's Costa Bella penthouse can be summed up in one word:  luxurious.  Truly, this penthouse has all the amenities one can imagine.  The ocean views alone are unparalleled, and the attention to detail in the interior of the penthouse is unsurpassed.  As soon as we entered through the penthouse doors, we were surrounded by the warmth of its tasteful decor and furnishings which created the backdrop for an unforgettable visit. The color palette utilized throughout the penthouse and the stylish details invited us to relax and settle back in comfort.

The penthouse balcony offers picturesque coastal vistas.  In addition to an outdoor grill, the balcony also provides comfortable lounge chairs and plenty of seating for al fresco dining. The grounds are meticulously kept, ands marked pathways provide even closer access to the crashing waves and breathtaking sunsets.  We made good use of the pristine swimming pool offered to guests, and enjoyed lounging by the pool while listening to the crashing waves of the ocean.

We had a wonderful time!  The enchantment from the natural beauty captivated our senses and set a mood that nurtured, renewed, and inspired.
